Responsibilities and Duties

Job Description:

  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective lead generation
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
  • Key Interface between the customer and all relevant divisions such as production planning.
  • Drive targets and collection by improving communication through emails, meetings, calls
  • Establish relationship with clients and provide high standard of customer service continually
  • Manage and control credit of customers through effective follow ups, meetings, field visits
  • Constantly support and handhold customers for all enquires, payments, complaints, rejections, technical queries etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate (any stream) + MBA (preferred)
  • Location – Mumbai
  • Experience in B2B Sales, managing sales through OEMs/traders, Industrial sales, Engineering products etc. is a must
  • Candidate between the age of 27 to 32 years
  • Should be comfortable with travel within India

Production Manager

Salary-4 lac to 6.5 lacs

Desired Skill

  • Should have minimum 10 to 15 years of Experience in heading Manufacturing/ Production/ Engineering and Technical aspects.
  • To handle complete Plant operations of a mid size to Large size plant production in terms of Manufacturing,Quality, productivity, engineering, project and overall operations. Meeting with all compliance.
  • Should have Experience in Stainless Steel wire Manufacturing.

Job Description

1) To manage all plant operations with effective utilization of all resources and implementing industry best practices that contributes to improve productivity and efficiency.

2) To manage end to end production to achieve the daily/monthly targets of the company through efficient, quality and cost effective production.

3) Responsible for creating short and long term operational strategy in line with company vision and implementation of the same.

4) Responsible for improving profitability by process improvement, producing value added products at economical cost and cost optimisation.

5) Ensuring optimum level of stock of raw materials/ spares/ consumables and other resources to have uninterrupted production.

6) Ensure Overall Production effectiveness (OPE)/ Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for achievement of all Production Targets with respect to Quantity, Quality, Cost and Delivery.

7) Ensuring for safeguarding men, machinery, products, raw materials and other resources.

8) Identify and initiate improvement project to enhance safety, quality..

9) Root Cause Failure Analysis of Major Problems.

10) Lionising with government department for company related issues.

11) Maintaining quality control and implementation of ISO and other quality standards.

Main Purpose:

The Plant Manager’s primary responsibilities include leading the operation and maintenance staff, the daily management and coordination of plant operations including production, logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labor, safety, environmental and corporate policies and regulations. This is a hands-on position that is responsible for productivity maximization.


  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer.
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
  • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time completion
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
