Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred) / Engineering /MBA
  • Sales and marketing

Experience: 2+ years

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Doing Sales of steel wires to pan India
  • sales, business development, marketing.
  • Represent the company to corporate by presentation and explaining the technicality of the product.
  • Manage customer interactions, meetings, market visits, relationship management with senior management of customer companies
  • Manage sales, dispatch, collections and oversee production planning
  • Create targets, action plan and achieve results
  • Knowledge of sales, collection, customer meetings, lead Generation.

Desired Profile

  • Good Exposure in field sales, Responsible for Customer Relationship, retention Revenue Generation making sure they generate leads and convert them into sales Steel wires.
  • Good knowledge in Reports and commanding language in English and Regional language
  • Excellent Interpersonal Relationships skills, Effective Communicator, Detail Oriented, Negotiation skills
  • Good convincing power.
