Responsibilities and Duties

Job Description:

  • Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Desired Profile:

  • Prepare responses to any legal notices received
  • To conduct initial litigation case assessment Drafting and vetting Applications, Affidavits, pleadings, written statements, rejoinders, Petitions, writs, Notices etc
  • Assist in preparing legal notices, suits, legal replies, other legal correspondence and briefs for legal advisors/solicitors
  • Drafting of letters such as MOUs, JV agreements, Shareholder agreements, allotment letter, covering letters, demand letters, sale agreement letters and possession letter, public notice, etc.
  • Liaising with police, enforcement agencies, various government officials for resolution of cases (both at pre-litigation and post litigation stages)
  • Support and follow up of Litigation /Arbitration in liaison with Advocates for and against the Company
  • Briefing matters to station officers To attend to conveyance matter, Municipal assessment matters, any other requiring legal expertise
  • Vetting & Execution of documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Will and Codicil, Documents related to Mortgage , Hypothecation

  • Candidates belonging to Gujarat will only be preferred.

  • Proficient user of MS- Excel (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Excellent in MIS reports, good in statistics.
  • Candidates should have experience of working on multiple products, Multiple Plants simultaneously.

Export Sales Manager


Salary-₹ 40,000.00 – ₹ 50,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience into Core Export Sales is mandatory
  • Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling.
  • Should have experience in Inquiry generation and converting it into order closing.
