  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
  • Key Interface between the customer and all relevant divisions such as production planning.
  • Drive targets and collection by improving communication through emails, meetings, calls
  • Establish relationship with clients and provide high standard of customer service continually
  • Manage and control credit of customers through effective follow ups, meetings, field visits
  • Constantly support and handhold customers for all inquires, payments, complaints, rejections, technical queries etc.
  • Key Skills- inter personal skill, Team Management, train the peoples, Client Management, Client Relationship Management, manufacturing sales

Required Experience and Qualification

  • Graduate (Engineering) + MBA (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B Sales, managing sales through OEMs/traders, Industrial sales, Engineering products etc. is a must
  • Candidate between the age of 27 to 38 years
  • Should be comfortable with travel within India

  • Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices
  • Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management
  • Monitors performance progress with key stakeholders and management
  • Maintain data by monitoring dashboards, key performance data (KPI)
  • Acquiring knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance

  • Understand Good Manufacturing practices (GMP), Lean Management, Project Management and Six Sigma
  • Monitoring and analyzing data on a day to day basis and devising change plans. Drive implementation through the plant team.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Desired Profile:

  • Candidate should have completed BE/B-Tech into Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum work experience of 1 year
  • Manufacturing industry exposure
  • Candidate having experience in handling analytical operations of plant in a manufacturing company
  • Willing to travel to plant locations
  • Proficient user of MS- Excel (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Excellent in MIS reports, good in statistics.
  • Candidates should have experience of working on multiple products, Multiple Plants simultaneously.
